The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva fails to land with a series of punches.

Silva clinches up with Crusoe and pushes him back against the cage.

Silva is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Crusoe can't fight it off and eventually Silva manages to take the fight to the floor. Crusoe looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Silva avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silva manages to get his head free but now Crusoe has transitioned to an armbar! Silva grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Crusoe! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
