The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pahlm lands a front kick.
Chavez looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Pahlm scoring well with a low kick there.
Chavez misses with a kick to the body.
Pahlm misses with a right hand
and Chavez counters with a nice uppercut.
Pahlm does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Nice jab there from Pahlm.
Pahlm tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Chavez is able to avoid easily.

Chavez shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Pahlm eats them both and turns towards Chavez to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Pahlm takes the fight into the clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Still in the clinch, Chavez scores with a nice short uppercut.

Pahlm throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Chavez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

A slow jab from Pahlm misses its intended target.
A swing and a miss from Pahlm.
Chavez fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pahlm manages to avoid it.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Pahlm looks to score with a jab to the body but Chavez is just out of range.

Pahlm is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Pahlm wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Pahlm takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Chavez takes a swing at Pahlm's ribcage but misses.

The fight stays on the outside here - Pahlm looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Pahlm lands with a good body shot.
Oh Chavez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Pahlm circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Chavez tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Pahlm wins by KO!
