Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Igor Rezende!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Thiago Cunha and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcdaniel tries a head kick but it misses.
A leg kick checked by Mcdaniel.
Rezende takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
It looks like Quinton Mcdaniel has been cut.
Rezende fails with a takedown attempt.
Rezende throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mcdaniel was covering up waiting for the punch and Rezende finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rezende is looking to stand up but Mcdaniel won't let him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rezende stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mcdaniel swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rezende scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mcdaniel tries to land a sweep but no joy.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rezende accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Rezende slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Rezende has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Rezende trying to control but Mcdaniel is working from the bottom.
Mcdaniel wants to sweep here but Rezende controlling him for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Rezende trying to stand up but can't free himself from Mcdaniel's guard.
Mcdaniel can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rezende controls the pace.
Mcdaniel wants to control but Rezende passes easily into half guard.
Mcdaniel is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Mcdaniel fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rezende bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Mcdaniel is trying to work for a sweep but Rezende has mounted him!
Rezende trying to control but Mcdaniel is having none of it.
Rezende landing strikes from the mount.
Rezende connects with a bit shot that sees Mcdaniel covering up! More strikes from Rezende and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Rezende is our winner by TKO!
