Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luis Garavito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Melvin Manhoef (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garavito comes to the cage accompanied by Thieves - Ministry. Manhoef is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Heavy - How You Like Me Now?. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manhoef looks to land a right hand but Garavito moved out of range.

Manhoef has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Garavito finds it's way round the side to connect with Manhoef's head.

Garavito throws a hook to the side of Manhoef's head but Manhoef sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Manhoef feints a jab promting Garavito to slip. Manhoef then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Garavito slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Garavito does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Manhoef's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Manhoef's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Manhoef cracks Garavito with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Garavito tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Manhoef pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Garavito is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
