The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weight tests Pete's chin there with a solid looking shot.
A bone on bone clash there as Weight blocks the leg kick.
Pete thows a body kick. Weight tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Pete misses with a right hand
and Weight counters with a nice body shot.

Weight pushes Pete up against the cage in a clinch.
Pete is trying to break the clinch but Weight is controlling him.
Weight working aggressively here.
Weight lands an elbow just above Pete 's eye.

It looks like Texas Pete has been cut.
A head punch on the inside from Pete fails to land.
Pete lands a body punch in the clinch.
Weight throws an elbow but it misses.
Weight lands an elbow that stopped Pete in his tracks for a moment.
Pete is trying to force a seperation but Weight has the dominant position.
Weight can't find room to land a body shot as Pete controls the action.
Weight throws an elbow but it misses.
Pete's coach down at LOD-Guts & Glory Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Pete's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Pete.
Weight misses with an elbow over the top.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pete tries a body shot but Weight blocks it.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Pete breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pete misses with a hook.

Weight closes the distance and clinches.
Weight lands with a light punch inside.
Weight swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Pete struggles to land a body shot inside as Weight controls his hands.
Pete wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Weight has him pressed against the cage.
A shot in the inside from Weight.
Pete makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Pete breaks the clinch.
Weight seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Pete throws a right hand that misses
and Weight counters with a straight right hand.
Pete bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Weight's head.
Weight misses the body punch
and Pete counters with an inside leg kick.
A swing and a miss from Weight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Weight counters with a crisp one two that drops Pete! Weight thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Pete to his feet! Pete is in big trouble!

Pete is rocked!
Weight is stalking Pete. Pete circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Weight, and it's lights out! Pete really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

LightHeavy Weight decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
