Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Theodorou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmie Craig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jimmie Craig was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Craig scores with a leg kick.
Theodorou avoids the head kick by Craig.
Theodorou stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Craig.
Craig tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Theodorou shoots in looking for a takedown but Craig manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Theodorou's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Craig doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Craig throws a wild body kick that Theodorou sees coming a mile off.
The fighters circling - Craig throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Craig connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Theodorou connects with a nice short shot to Craig's temple.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Theodorou lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Craig tries to kick Theodorou off but Theodorou keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Craig is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Theodorou slips a nice elbow through Craig's hands, connecting with Craig's forehead.
Craig is pressing down on Theodorou's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Theodorou is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Theodorou is working Craig over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Theodorou feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Craig looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Theodorou got a little sloppy there for a moment and Craig has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Theodorou has managed to get both his arms back between Craig's legs - danger averted.
Theodorou keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Craig's head.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've been hearing that Theodorou has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Theodorou distracts Craig with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Craig is rocked!
Theodorou gets to his feet and stands over Craig, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Craig felt that one! Theodorou unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Craig from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jake Theodorou!
Jake Theodorou bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
