Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rodney Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Luna Gatmaitan!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Sandra Marshall and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gatmaitan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Gatmaitan darts in trying to clinch
letting Jackson counter with a right hand.
It looks like Luna Gatmaitan has been cut.
Jackson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gatmaitan.
Gatmaitan is looking to clinch but Jackson is avoiding it.
Gatmaitan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Gatmaitan misses with a left hand
and Jackson counters with a stiff right hand.
Jackson throws a leg kick that misses.
Gatmaitan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jackson moves away.
Gatmaitan wants to slow Jackson down by chopping away at his legs.
Jackson cracks a nice hook into Gatmaitan's ribs.
Jackson's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Jackson duly obliges.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Gatmaitan.
A low kick from Gatmaitan misses
and Jackson counters with a crisp right hand that drops Gatmaitan! Jackson lets Gatmaitan back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Gatmaitan is rocked!
That has opened up Luna Gatmaitan's cut even more.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gatmaitan just misses with a punch to the body.
Gatmaitan is still on wobbly legs! Can Jackson finish him?
Gatmaitan misses with a kick to the body
and Jackson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Gatmaitan seems to have recovered his senses.
Gatmaitan looks winded!
Jackson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gatmaitan.
Jackson sends Gatmaitan crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jackson is motioning to the referee to let Gatmaitan up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gatmaitan throws a leg kick that is checked
and Jackson rattles Gatmaitan with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Gatmaitan tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Jackson dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Gatmaitan stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Rodney Jackson!
After winning the bout, Rodney Jackson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
