The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marsh gets caught flat footed, as Furnica shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Marsh wants to stand and escape but Furnica is having none of it.
Furnica drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Furnica jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Furnica postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Marsh is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Furnica, into his guard.
Furnica is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Marsh rolls with it to try and escape but Furnica cranks on the arm and Marsh is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
