Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aatos Kesti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aimo Pamaus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Aatos Kesti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Aimo Pamaus!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kesti shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Pamaus manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Pamaus is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Pamaus escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A solid leg kick lands there for Pamaus.
Kesti walks into a left hand.
Pamaus fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kesti manages to avoid it.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kesti.
Pamaus lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kesti circles away quickly and effectively.
That kick from Pamaus tenderised Kesti's leg. Kesti is trying to keep his angry face on.
Kesti manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Pamaus on his heels. He'll look to pass Pamaus's guard now, I'm sure.
Pamaus pushes Kesti off and scrambles back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
We've been informed that Pamaus has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Kesti looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pamaus is fending him off so far but Kesti persists. Nope, Pamaus circles away and we're back to standing.
Pamaus avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pamaus follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Pamaus lands with a right hand.
Kesti closes the distance and clinches up with Pamaus, looking for a takedown. Kesti pushes Pamaus against the cage but Pamaus circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aatos Kesti. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kesti feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Pamaus wants to stand up but Kesti is controlling him.
Pamaus is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kesti is aware though and is defending well.
Pamaus is trying to control the position but Kesti postures up.
Kesti in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kesti accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kesti connects with a couple of short punches.
Kesti is looking to work some ground and pound but Pamaus has wrist control.
Pamaus is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kesti is aware though and is defending well.
Kesti tries to free his leg and advance position but Pamaus is retaining full guard.
Pamaus is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Kesti frees his head nicely. Oh but Pamaus has switched to an armbar! Kesti is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
