Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Otocanin Zmija (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Endleman Schubert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schubert has chosen Seve by Tez Cadey as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Schubert looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Schubert not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Zmija is trying to control but can't.
Schubert really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zmija. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Schubert thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Zmija moves into full guard.
Zmija is pulling down on Schubert's head. It's preventing any offense from Schubert, at least for the moment.
Schubert looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Zmija wants to sweep here but Schubert controlling him for the moment.

Zmija escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Schubert gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Schubert wants to control from the top but Zmija keeps moving.

Zmija is trying to control the position but Schubert postures up.
Schubert missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Schubert must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Zmija is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Zmija looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Zmija is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Schubert!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Schubert can do anything to dispel that myth.
