Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ike The Genius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis has chosen Not Afraid as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Genius moves into range and clinches up with Davis.
Davis throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Davis lands a damaging elbow.
It looks like Ike The Genius has been cut.
The Genius lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Davis backwards.
The Genius lands a body punch.
The Genius is looking to control Davis's arms but Davis gets an underhook and turns him. Now The Genius has his back to the cage.
Davis prevents a body shot from The Genius .
The Genius lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Davis backwards.
Davis blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
The Genius throws a punch but it's blocked by Davis.
Davis creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through The Genius 's defenses.
Davis has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. The Genius avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Davis lands an elbow inside that The Genius shrugs off.
Davis jumps guard and drags The Genius to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Davis keeping moving, preventing The Genius from controlling successfully.
The Genius will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Davis manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. The Genius manages to get himself to full guard.
My spies in Craigs inform me that Davis has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
The Genius on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if The Genius tries to get out of the position.
Davis stays in close to The Genius 's body and controls the position.

The Genius knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Davis on the ground.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Davis blocks a punch to the side of the head.
The Genius tries a body shot but Davis blocks it.
The Genius throws a head punch that misses.
Davis wants the takedown. The Genius is fighting it off but Davis persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in The Genius 's guard against the cage.
Davis throws a big right hand that misses.
The Genius looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The Genius avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Davis missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Davis passes the guard and advances to mount!
BOOM! Davis connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Hector Davis tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
