The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jansson throws out a loose jab but Kristoffer uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kristoffer connects with the punch.
Jansson misses with a series of wild punches.
Kristoffer wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Kristoffer misses with a hook.
Kristoffer rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Jansson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kristoffer throws a jab but it's blocked by Jansson.
We've been told by Kristoffer's head coaches at Hart Family Dungeon that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Lars Kristoffer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kristoffer throws an overhand right that lands on Jansson's shoulder, as Jansson tries to avoid the shot.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Jansson! But no joy.
Jansson lands with a good body shot.

Kristoffer can't find room to land a body shot as Jansson controls the action.

Jansson tries to stall but Kristoffer uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Jansson is trying to push Kristoffer away but Kristoffer has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Jansson is looking to break free of the clinch but Kristoffer has double underhooks.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kristoffer cracks Jansson with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Jansson falls to his knees and Kristoffer doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
