Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ismo Leikola!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, David Puzycki!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puzycki closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Puzycki looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We've been hearing good reports from Leikola's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Puzycki trying to control from half guard but Leikola is working away.
Leikola knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Puzycki on the ground.
Puzycki is pressing down on Leikola's thigh, looking to free his foot. Leikola is holding on for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Leikola on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Leikola tries to get out of the position.
Puzycki wants to pass the guard but Leikola is defending well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Puzycki seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Leikola does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Puzycki slips a jab from Leikola.
Leikola stuffs the takedown.
Puzycki tries to move into range but Leikola moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Puzycki tries to score a power double leg takedown but Leikola sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Puzycki somewhat.

Puzycki tries for a takedown but Leikola circles away easily
and Leikola counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Nice defenses there by Puzycki.

Leikola throws an overhand right that lands on Puzycki's shoulder, as Puzycki tries to avoid the shot.
Puzycki is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

and Leikola counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Leikola lands with a shot to the body.
Puzycki doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Leikola counters with a straight right hand.

Leikola scores with a shot to the body.
Puzycki goes for a double leg but Leikola avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Leikola continues to drive forward.
Leikola will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Leikola throws a hook to the side of Puzycki's head but Puzycki sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Leikola misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Puzycki.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Leikola lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Puzycki.
It looked like Leikola wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ismo Leikola dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Leikola lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Puzycki circles away quickly and effectively.
Puzycki has his takedown stuffed
and Leikola counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Puzycki is rocked!
Leikola throws an overhand right that drops Puzycki like a sack of potatoes! Leikola dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Ismo Leikola seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
David Puzycki spoke after the fight, saying 'I forgot I had a fight coming and trained non stop. I made some mistakes but, I'll be back with a vengeance.'.
