Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Batraz Farniev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Black Dynamite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dynamite throws a looping overhand right but Farniev ducks down to avoid it.
Farniev has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Iron fight team in the buildup to the fight.
Dynamite throws out a leg kick but Farniev moves out of range and Dynamite only half commits.

Dynamite wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

That has opened up Black Dynamite's cut even more.
Farniev ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dynamite moves away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Farniev is looking to chop away at Dynamite's legs.

Dynamite throws out a leg kick but Farniev moves out of range and Dynamite only half commits.
Black Dynamite is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Farniev shoots in and bounces Dynamite off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Farniev stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dynamite swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Dynamite walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Farniev checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Farniev swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

and Farniev takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Farniev closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Dynamite's guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Farniev controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Batraz Farniev dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Black Dynamite's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A nice inside leg kick there by Dynamite. That's going to slow Farniev down.
Farniev is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dynamite can do to turn this around?

The ground and pound from Farniev seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Dynamite tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Farniev wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Farniev tries to score with some ground and pound. Dynamite controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Farniev misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Dynamite is trying to get back to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dynamite takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

The cut above Black Dynamite's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Black Dynamite's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Black Dynamite's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Batraz Farniev seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
Black Dynamite was interviewed post fight and said 'you mothafuckaz...'.
