Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Hammer!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hammer shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Hammer slows the pace down in half guard.
Ground and pound from Hammer.
Harrison taking some punishment here, with Hammer in his half guard.
Hammer takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Hammer winds up and cracks Harrison with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hammer is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Harrison has managed to free his arm - good work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Harrison wants to get back to full guard.

Hammer drops an elbow to the side of Harrison's head.
Hammer works his way into full mount!
Hammer controlling his opponent.
Hammer postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Harrison looks a forlorn figure.

Hammer is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Harrison has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Hammer blocks Harrison's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Harrison is working to get back to half guard.
Hammer has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Hammer quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Hammer but it's paid off an Harrison is forced to tap! Nice work by Hammer.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Jack Hammer!
A less than humble Jack Hammer misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
