Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ground Guru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dana White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Im The Boss. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dana White!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guru shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

White gets caught napping as Guru dives in and scores a takedown. White manages to retain guard.
Guru content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Guru scoring with some ground and pound.

Guru scoring with punches to the head and body.
Guru lands a couple of elbows.
White trying to control the position.

White had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Guru defends it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Guru wants to pass the guard but White is keeping the position.
Guru is working White over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

That's one minute gone in the round.

White throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Guru escapes and throws White's legs to the side, diving into side control!
White is looking for a sweep.
You can see the frustration on White's face as Guru controls the position.
White is trying to get back to half guard.

Guru working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Guru has an Americana. White didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Guru is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Guru hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Ground Guru!
After the fight, Ground Guru was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
