The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Obukhov dives in and scores a takedown into Sanchez's guard.
Obukhov is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Obukhov with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Obukhov slips nicely into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Obukhov lands a nice short elbow.
Sanchez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Obukhov on the ground.
Obukhov slips a nice elbow through Sanchez's hands, connecting with Sanchez's forehead.
Obukhov passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Sanchez!
Obukhov fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Obukhov postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Sanchez bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Obukhov and the fight is over!

A relieved looking Artem Obukhov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
