The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker needs to keep his hands up - Sivakovas had a free shot at his head there.

Sivakovas gets a clinch.
Sivakovas has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Parker drops down looking for an ankle pick but Sivakovas pulls his leg out and moves away.
Parker fails with the takedown.
Parker blocks a head kick by Sivakovas.

Parker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sivakovas as he jumps to the side.
