Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Handle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Savio Preuss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Handle comes to the cage accompanied by Right On. Savio Preuss will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice straight punches there by Handle. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Handle.
Nice sprawl there from Handle as Preuss shoots in.
Preuss avoids a punch combination nicely.
Handle scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Handle displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Preuss.

It looks like Savio Preuss has been cut.
Preuss fails with a takedown attempt.
Max Handle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Savio Preuss.

Preuss manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Handle on his heels. He'll look to pass Handle's guard now, I'm sure.
Handle seems keen to control Preuss's posture.
Handle bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Preuss's guard.

Handle lands a couple of digs.
Handle won't allow Preuss to get back to his feet.
Handle distracts Preuss with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Handle controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Handle working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Handle stands up and waves to Preuss to follow him.
Preuss fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
An attempted straight right counter from Handle misses the target.
Preuss ducks right into an uppercut from Handle.

Handle throws a shot from downtown. Preuss moves away and avoids it.
A big left from Handle misses.
Preuss shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Handle sprawls well. Handle wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Preuss gets slowly back to his feet.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Preuss tries to close the distance and clinch up but Handle swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Handle feints a jab promting Preuss to slip. Handle then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Preuss slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Handle lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Preuss backs up against the cage.
Handle scores with a nice head shot.
Handle leaves Preuss with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Handle misses with a two punch combination.
Preuss shoots for a double leg takedown but Handle sprawls well. He's pushed Preuss's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Handle lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Preuss circles away quickly and effectively.
Handle moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Preuss rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Handle moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Handle throws a half hearted mid kick.
Preuss needs to keep his hands up - Handle had a free shot at his head there.
Preuss is looking to clinch.
Handle leaves Preuss with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Handle lands a jab to Preuss's midsection.
Preuss on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Preuss fails with a takedown attempt.
Handle's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Handle duly obliges.
Handle scores with a nice right hand.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Handle lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Handle misses with a two punch combination.
Handle scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Preuss is rocked!
Preuss showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Handle.
Preuss drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Handle defends it well.
Preuss shoots in looking for a takedown but Handle manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Preuss's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Preuss ducks under a wild hook from Handle.
Handle throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Preuss.
Handle connects with a good right hand that stumbles Preuss. Preuss circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Handle connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Preuss is still on wobbly legs! Can Handle finish him?
Handle throws a series of punches but Preuss avoids them all with ease.
Preuss seems to have recovered his senses.
Preuss takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Handle slaps away a takedown attempt from Preuss, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Handle connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Preuss's hands.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Handle looks to land a combination but Preuss avoids it well.
Preuss misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Handle missing with a left hand there. Preuss was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Handle, as that shot connected.

Handle is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Handle drops Preuss with a beautiful combination! Preuss stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Handle is looking for the KO!
Handle tries to bum rush Preuss with a series of wild strikes but Preuss uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A combination from Preuss does no damage.

Preuss fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Handle throws a series of strikes that have Preuss backpedaling.
Preuss goes for a double leg but Handle avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Handle continues to drive forward.
Max Handle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Savio Preuss.
Handle stuffs the takedown.
Preuss dives in and grabs Handle's left leg, looking for a takedown. Handle pushes down on Preuss's head and hops out.
Good exchange - Handle coming out on top.
Handle lands the left hand.
Handle cracks Preuss on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Preuss falls backwards against the cage. Handle follows up with more strikes that drop Preuss to his knees. Handle keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Preuss! This one is all over!
