Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Twinkle Twinkle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dagur Egilsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Twinkle comes to the cage accompanied by Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Twinkle Twinkle has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dagur Egilsson!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Egilsson avoids the body shot from Twinkle.
It seemed like Egilsson was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Twinkle jabs Egilsson right on the nose. Egilsson blinks but takes it well.
Twinkle throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Twinkle scores with a jab to the body.
A jab from Twinkle does it's job there.
Egilsson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Twinkle has time to react.
Twinkle comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Twinkle cracks Egilsson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Egilsson is rocked!
Egilsson moves away from the strike by Twinkle.
Egilsson is still on wobbly legs! Can Twinkle finish him?
Twinkle tries to close the distance and clinch but Egilsson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Egilsson seems to have recovered his senses.
A decent looking cross lands there for Twinkle.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Twinkle dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Twinkle throws a lazy uppercut
and Egilsson counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Twinkle throws a poor cross that misses
and Egilsson counters with a nice low kick that buckles Twinkle's knee momentarily.
Twinkle throws a hook but Egilsson blocks it.
Egilsson unleashes a big counter combination but Twinkle bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Twinkle throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Egilsson counters with a body kick.
Egilsson misses the shot to the body.
Egilsson throws a solid leg kick but Twinkle takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Egilsson.
Egilsson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Twinkle misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Egilsson.
Twinkle steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Egilsson.
Twinkle tests Egilsson's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Egilsson scoring well with a low kick there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Twinkle cracks Egilsson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Twinkle has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Egilsson to stand back up!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Twinkle swings for the body but Egilsson moves out of range.
Twinkle connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Egilsson's hands.
Egilsson throws a hook to the side of Twinkle's head but Twinkle sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Twinkle misses with a hook.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Twinkle has cracked Egilsson with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Twinkle lands another huge swinging hook and Egilsson tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Egilsson, before Twinkle can land any more shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Twinkle Twinkle!
Twinkle Twinkle decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
