Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joy James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wong comes to the cage accompanied by Eye Of The Tiger - Survivor. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wong has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

James ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Wong avoids the body shot from James.
As James backs away, Wong returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
James looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

James lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Wong looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

James's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
James thuds his right hand into Wong's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
James throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
It looked like Wong was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from James.

Joy James comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well James has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Joy James made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
King Wong spoke after the fight, saying 'You are a worthy opponent. The Mighty King Wong will return. Train hard, fight harder!'.
