Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Colin Croft (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joaquin Fortunado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Croft's entrance music is I Came to Play - Downstait. A fine choice. Fortunado has chosen Stairway to Heaven as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Joaquin Fortunado is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

19 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joaquin Fortunado!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fortunado moves out of range as Croft throws a body kick.
Fortunado throws a head kick but Croft moves out of range.
Croft fires out a quick counter leg kick but Fortunado just manages to avoid it.
Fortunado throws a body kick that misses.
Fortunado chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Croft can pounce on him.
Croft throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fortunado thinks about the counter body kick.
Croft misses with a hook. Fortunado ducked under it nicely.
Fortunado is trying to counter with his kicks.
Croft wants to slow Fortunado down by chopping away at his legs.

Joaquin Fortunado seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fortunado scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fortunado lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Croft cracks Fortunado with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Fortunado has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Croft.
Croft rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Fortunado counters with a leg kick.

Croft fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The crowd cheers as Croft lands an impressive looking overhand right. Fortunado doesn't seem phased though.
Fortunado on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Fortunado fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Croft looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Croft ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fortunado moves away.

Croft looks to score with a jab to the body but Fortunado is just out of range.
And Fortunado responds with a good body kick, but Croft manages to step out the way in time.

Fortunado stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Croft.

Croft lands a nice looking kick to the body. Fortunado takes a step back to recover.

Fortunado's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Fortunado let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Fortunado throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Croft is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

Joaquin Fortunado decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
