Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Graham Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slamet Panjul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Graham Spencer has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Graham Spencer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Slamet Panjul!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Spencer gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Panjul to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Spencer bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Panjul's guard.
Spencer won't allow Panjul to sweep him here.
Spencer stays in close to Panjul's body and controls the position.
Spencer has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Panjul uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Spencer lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Spencer.

Panjul shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Spencer manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Spencer has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Panjul has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Panjul is trying to trip Spencer. He has hold of a leg but Spencer is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Panjul persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Spencer looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Panjul has picked Spencer up and slammed him! Spencer can't keep hold of the triangle and Panjul manages to pass to side control!
Spencer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Panjul trying to control the position but Spencer is working away.
Spencer is trying to control Panjul's posture but Panjul avoids it.
Panjul is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Spencer's shoulder. That is not cool.

Panjul is trying to get an arm triangle but Spencer is defending well.
Spencer prevents Panjul from improving position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Spencer tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Panjul wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Panjul has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Spencer is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Panjul yanks on the arm and Spencer is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Panjul.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Slamet Panjul!
