The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ebone.
Dixon throws a looping overhand right but Ebone ducks down to avoid it.
Dixon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ebone looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Ebone parries the strikes from Dixon easily there. Dixon is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Ebone to escape.
Dixon in side control, throwing shots but Ebone defends.

Ebone is looking to regain half guard here but Dixon keeps moving and retains side control.
