The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodgers throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Mamchenko shoots and misses
and Rodgers counters with a nice uppercut.
Mamchenko fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Rodgers to the ground. Mamchenko is now in Rodgers's guard.
Rodgers has his hands on Mamchenko's head, controlling the position.
Mamchenko wants to control from the top but Rodgers keeps moving.
Rodgers is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Rodgers utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Rodgers looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Rodgers avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mamchenko won't allow Rodgers to get back to his feet.
Mamchenko slips nicely into half guard.
Mamchenko maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Rodgers could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Mamchenko has cracked it and Rodgers is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Mamchenko!
