Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lamont Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denton Daley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daley has chosen Danger as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Lamont Banner had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Lamont Banner looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banner closes the distance and clinches up with Daley, looking for a takedown. Banner pushes Daley against the cage but Daley circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Banner shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Daley has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Banner is on him like a limpet, forcing Daley back against the cage.
Banner is breathing heavily.

Daley gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Banner.

Daley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Daley lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Banner closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Daley darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Banner's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Daley before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Denton Daley!
A relieved looking Denton Daley thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
