And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Robertson!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robertson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Toresson.
Toresson lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Robertson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Toresson at a distance.
Robertson fails with a takedown attempt.
A low kick from Robertson is predictable there
and Toresson counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Toresson shoots in for a takedown but Robertson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Toresson throws a combination that misses

and Robertson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Toresson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Toresson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Toresson is looking to stall here but Robertson recovers full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Toresson is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Our spies down at at Cozad MMA London inform us that Robertson has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Toresson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Robertson sees it coming and defends easily.

Robertson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Toresson is working away from the top position though.

Toresson in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Robertson tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Toresson!
