And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Michal Rowinski!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Ivan Kurochkin and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacCumhaill throws a series of punches but Rowinski avoids them all with ease.
As MacCumhaill backs off Rowinski throws a huge counter combo but MacCumhaill manages to avoid it all.

Rowinski dives in and scores a takedown into MacCumhaill's guard.
MacCumhaill has momentary wrist control but Rowinski slips an elbow through the middle.
MacCumhaill knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rowinski on the ground.

MacCumhaill is trying to hold Rowinski in close to prevent damage but Rowinski has managed to pass into half guard.

MacCumhaill feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rowinski sprawling to the canvas! Rowinski rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can MacCumhaill finish him?!

Fionn MacCumhaill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
MacCumhaill wobbles Rowinski with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! MacCumhaill dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Rowinski to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
