The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balabbo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rage has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Balabbo misses with a wild body shot.

Rage drives through with a takedown into Balabbo's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Balabbo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rage doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rage manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Ryan Rage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Balabbo throws a head kick that Rage semi-blocks.

Rage is rocked!

It looks like Ryan Rage has been cut.
Rage thows a leg kick but Balabbo checks it
and Balabbo counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Rage to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Balabbo!
