The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Yip misses.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Yip breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Yip ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Pulse has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Pulse swats away the attempt to clinch by Yip.
Yip clinches with his opponent.

Yip wants to take the fight to the mat but Pulse manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yip's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Yip is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Pulse is trying to escape and Yip transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Pulse is forced to tap! Nice work there by Yip! Very nice indeed!
