The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Klinjsma stands up from Barakat's guard - Klinjsma perhaps looking for a knockout.
Barakat chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Klinjsma takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like Aaltje Klinjsma has been cut.
The crowd cheers as Barakat lands an impressive looking overhand right. Klinjsma doesn't seem phased though.
Barakat throws the left hand but Klinjsma avoids the punch easily.
Klinjsma takes a swing at Barakat's ribcage but misses.
Klinjsma dives in and grabs Barakat's left leg, looking for a takedown. Barakat pushes down on Klinjsma's head and hops out.
Barakat swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Barakat lands a big head kick that sends Klinjsma tumbling to the mat! Barakat takes a step backwards and waves Klinjsma back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Klinjsma is rocked!

Klinjsma looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Barakat is fending him off so far but Klinjsma persists. Nope, Barakat circles away and we're back to standing.

Barakat fakes the body blow, causing Klinjsma to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Klinjsma goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
