Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kruger Vance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vera comes to the cage accompanied by Pendulum - Tarantula. Vance has chosen Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck as his entrance music. Gabriel Vera has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vance circles away from the clinch attempt.
Vera tries to clinch but Vance moves out of range.
Vera with a poor takedown
and Vance counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Vance digs a good body shot into Vera's ribs.
A cross from Vera lands.
Vera tries to clinch but Vance moves away
and Vera takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
No luck for Vera with that takedown attempt.
Vance doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Vera rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Vance counter with a right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vance wants to clinch.
Vance throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Vera on the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vance avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Vera looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Vance!
You can see the frustration on Vance's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Vera in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Vance is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
