Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Monster Hero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cain Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hero comes to the cage accompanied by Laki-Laki. Cain Dos Santos has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Monster Hero's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hero swings for the body but Dos Santos moves out of range.

Dos Santos moves into range and clinches up with Hero.
Hero scores with a nice hook to the head.
Dos Santos has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Hero is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Dos Santos is trying to trip Hero. He has hold of a leg but Hero is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Dos Santos persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Hero lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like Cain Dos Santos has been cut.

Dos Santos jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hero walks away with a smile on his face. Dos Santos gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Cain Dos Santos's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Cain Dos Santos's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

A determined Monster Hero didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
