The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ritzik looks to score with a jab to the body but Colossus is just out of range.

and Colossus counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Donk. Colossus catches Ritzik right on the button with a cross.

Ritzik bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Colossus tries to close the distance and clinch but Ritzik swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Colossus rushes Ritzik and presses him up against the cage.
Ritzik lands a left hand that snaps the head of Colossus backwards.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Colossus pushes Ritzik back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Ritzik is looking to break free of the clinch but Colossus has double underhooks.

We've been informed that Colossus has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Colossus creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Colossus moves into range and connects with a jab.
Colossus lands with a straight right. Ritzik didn't see that one coming.

Colossus closes the distance and pushes Ritzik back into the cage.

Colossus lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Ritzik is rocked!

Rupert Ritzik's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Colossus lands a big right hand that drops Ritzik! The killer instinct kicks in and Colossus finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Colossus!
