Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rodrigo Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duncan The Tall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes into the arena with Roots Bloody Roots - Sepultura blaring out of the sound system. Duncan The Tall will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Silva.
The Tall misses with a body shot
and Silva counters with a takedown into side control.
Silva has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
The Tall's coach down at Hyperion Fight Club was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on The Tall's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
The Tall fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
The Tall slips under a jab from Silva.
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The Tall scores with a nice head shot.
The Tall lands a two punch combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Silva misses with an uppercut. The Tall saw that one coming.
The Tall uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Silva.
Silva misses the shot to the body.
The Tall unleashes a big counter combination but Silva bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Silva throws a lazy uppercut
and The Tall cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Sloppy strikes from The Tall. Those never looked like landing.
Silva swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Silva takes a shot right to the bread basket.
The Tall lands a two punch combo.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A left and a right from The Tall both land. Nice combination.
Silva misses with an uppercut
and The Tall counters with a nice uppercut.
The Tall misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Silva loads up on a big right hand but The Tall slips the punch.
Oooooh!!! The Tall has knocked Silva down with a huge combo! The Tall steps away and waves a wobbly Silva back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Silva is rocked!
It looks like Rodrigo Silva has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Silva finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under The Tall's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Silva falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Duncan The Tall!
