Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedro Emiliodingko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Halen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Fedro Emiliodingko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Terry Halen!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halen on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Emiliodingko throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Emiliodingko!

Halen closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Emiliodingko quickly recovers to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Well, if Halen is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like Halen might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

We've been hearing good reports from Emiliodingko's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

That was a close round but I would say that Fedro Emiliodingko will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Halen drives through with a takedown into Emiliodingko's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Halen not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Let's hope that Halen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Emiliodingko controls Halen momentarily but Halen frees himself.

Halen seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Halen stands and throws Emiliodingko's legs to the side, diving into side control.

My spies in Extreme MMA (7 Elites $250/week) inform me that Halen has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Halen.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Halen is taking a breather. Emiliodingko says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Halen scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Emiliodingko's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Halen takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Fedro Emiliodingko will probably get the nod.
That's time! Emiliodingko's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Halen changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Emiliodingko looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Halen perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Halen is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Halen content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Fedro Emiliodingko.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Emiliodingko, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
