Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Domingo Harrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ismal Tony!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harrison looking to score a takedown here. Tony is defending well but Harrison drives through and ends up in Tony's guard.
Tony is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Tony is working an open guard so Harrison takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Tony connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Harrison's hands.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Tony.
Tony misses with a leg kick
and Harrison counters with a left and a right that stings Tony.
Tony fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Harrison appears to be looking for a big counter.
Tony swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Harrison counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Harrison bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Tony tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Harrison wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Harrison has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

and Harrison counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Harrison is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Harrison in particular looking to stall.

Harrison is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Tony has hold of Harrison's hands but Harrison slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Harrison stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Tony to get to his feet.
Tony misses with a lunging right hand
and Harrison finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

and Harrison counters by clinching up.
Harrison manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Harrison breaks from the clinch.

Tony thows a leg kick but Harrison checks it

and Harrison holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Tony turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Harrison sneaks out the side door and pushes Tony away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Harrison feints and as Tony raises his hands in defense, Harrison changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Harrison drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Harrison jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Tony wants to sweep but no luck.

Harrison stands up from Tony's guard - Harrison perhaps looking for a knockout.
Tony gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Harrison counters with a head kick. That will keep Tony thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

and Harrison counters with a low kick, right behind Tony 's knee.
Tony misses with a body kick.
Harrison really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Tony throws a poor cross that misses

and Harrison holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Tony tries to break free but Harrison pushes him back against the cage.

Harrison works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Tony bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Harrison's guard.


Harrison wriggles free and stands up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tony throws a leg kick that is checked
and Harrison counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Ismal Tony is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tony swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Harrison counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Harrison is breathing heavily.
Tony pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Harrison back to the cage. Tony follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

and Harrison counters with a nice double leg into side control. Tony won't be happy with that.

Harrison thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Tony wants to control but Harrison postures up.

Harrison goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Tony has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Harrison but great work by Tony.

Tony stands up.
Ismal Tony seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Harrison counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

and Harrison counters with a single leg into guard. Tony didn't expect that.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Tony manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Domingo Harrison dominated that round.
That's time! Harrison's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Harrison shoots for a double leg takedown but Tony sprawls well. He's pushed Harrison's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Harrison counters with a single leg into guard. Tony didn't expect that.

Tony has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Harrison is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Tony has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Harrison is trying to keep an underhook but Tony manages to get the takedown into half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Harrison makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Tony tries to score with a low kick but Harrison moves his leg out of the way.

Harrison decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Harrison is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tony can do to turn this around?
Tony scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Harrison takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Harrison appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Tony gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Harrison gets to his feet. Tony looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Harrison decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Tony manages to get to full guard.

Harrison decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Tony throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Harrison stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Harrison goes for a double leg but Tony avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tony continues to drive forward.
A nice combination there by Tony.
Tony connects with a right hand. Harrison shakes it off.
Domingo Harrison is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Tony bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Harrison's head.

and Harrison counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Harrison decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Tony, up you get!

Harrison changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tony looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Harrison postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Harrison stands and steps away. Tony gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
