Araujo comes to the cage accompanied by Who Shot Ya?. Dobrzynski has chosen Sabaton - Uprising as his entrance music. Luiz Araujo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Araujo shoots in but Dobrzynski avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Dobrzynski counters with a nice uppercut.
Araujo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dobrzynski unleashes a big counter combination but Araujo bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Araujo lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Araujo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dobrzynski was covering up waiting for the punch and Araujo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Araujo's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Luiz Araujo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Araujo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dobrzynski sprawls well. Dobrzynski wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Araujo gets slowly back to his feet.

As Maciej Dobrzynski got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: It was great to fight for you guys... now its over, im 40 and i'm done with the sport. I acomplished what i wanted to .. i been a champ, i 've been fighting in best organisations in few weight classes... thank you'.
