The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Ferreira catches Klandtman right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Jens Klandtman has been cut.
Klandtman shoots in for a takedown but Ferreira shows good takedown defense.
Horrible takedown attempt by Klandtman or perhaps it was just good defense by Ferreira, which made it look bad.

Klandtman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Klandtman has gone for a leg lock! Ferreira slips out almost immediately though and dives into Klandtman's guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Klandtman shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Ferreira counters with a head kick that drops Klandtman to the mat! Klandtman scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Klandtman is rocked!
Virgulino Ferreira has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jens Klandtman.
Ferreira throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Ferreira loads up on a big right hand but Klandtman slips the punch.
Klandtman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Klandtman seems to have recovered his senses.
Ferreira digs a good hook to Klandtman's body.
Ferreira scores with a jab. Klandtman acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Ferreira cracks Klandtman with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Klandtman falls to his knees and Ferreira doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
