Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anakoni Kai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kai kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Firestarter. William King has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Kai swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
King appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Kai chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before King can pounce on him.
King lands with a nice body kick.
Kai keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kai avoids the body shot from King.
Kai throws a body shot but no joy.
Kai looks to throw a body kick
and King counters with a low kick, right behind Kai 's knee.
King throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Kai counters with a nice body kick.
Kai throws a low kick, looking for King's leg but King calmly moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kai looks for the body kick but King saw that one coming.
A big right from King misses.
Kai feinted there with a counter leg kick.
King chopping away at his opponent's legs.

King moves into the clinch.

King stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Kai is breathing heavily.
King digs a right hand underneath Kai's ribcage. Kai let out a lung full of air as it connected.
King scores with a shoulder strike.
King landing knees to the head.
King lands a shoulder strike.
King blocks an uppercut.

King escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
King misses the body punch
and Kai counters with a series of strikes. King will be more careful next time no doubt.
King lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Anakoni Kai has been cut.
King connects with a body shot that sends Kai's belly button to the back.
This has been an exciting period of action!
King wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
King is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Kai rather than just go for the knockout.
Kai takes a jab right on the kisser.
Good leg kick by King there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
King lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Kai moves out of range of the body kick from King.

King throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kai jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
King swings and misses with a hook to the body.
William King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kai takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
King swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A little feinted left hand from Kai on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Kai avoids the head kick by King.
Kai walks into a left hand.
King scores with a leg kick.
A telegraphed right hand from King misses the target.
King scores with a leg kick.
King swings for the body but Kai moves out of range.
Kai takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
King misses with a head kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
King feints a jab and as Kai dips his head, King unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Kai right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Kai falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! King smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
