Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Abioye Nazari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saint Nick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nazari comes to the cage accompanied by Do You Call My Name by Ra. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Saint Nick was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nazari bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Nazari thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Nazari tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Nick is not content to let Nazari control the position.
Nick really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nazari . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Nazari is staying tight to Nick's torso, preventing him from escaping.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nazari is trying to ground and pound but Nick uses the momentary lack of control by Nazari to regain half guard.

Nazari has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Nick defend it? Nazari steps over the head and cranks it - Nick is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Nazari !
