Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ulut Sandman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Pettis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pettis keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pettis is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Pettis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sandman, pushing him back against the cage.

Sandman has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Pettis regains guard immediately.

Sandman got a little sloppy there for a moment and Pettis has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sandman has managed to get both his arms back between Pettis's legs - danger averted.

Pettis throws his legs up looking for a submission but Sandman uses it to pass to side control.
Sandman looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
