Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Carmen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Jouban (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carmen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sinéad O'Connor - The Foggy Dew. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Shane Carmen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roger Jouban!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Ian Loll and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carmen feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jouban sprawling to the canvas! Jouban rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Carmen finish him?!
It looks like Roger Jouban has been cut.
Carmen throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Carmen ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Jouban out cold! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Shane Carmen!
