Coming up we have a middleweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Brandon Marshall and Riad Radyan. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Riad Radyan!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Sergei Dronov.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Radyan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Marshall is fending him off so far but Radyan persists. Nope, Marshall circles away and we're back to standing.

Marshall feints and as Radyan raises his hands in defense, Marshall changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Marshall has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Radyan is looking for a triangle here but Marshall uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Marshall has the hooks in. Radyan is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Radyan wants to control from the top but Marshall keeps moving.
Radyan wants to pass the guard but Marshall is keeping the position.
My spies in Hells Balls Grappling Academy inform me that Radyan has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Marshall is on top in guard.

Marshall is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Radyan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Marshall defends well.
Marshall is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Radyan has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Marshall is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Radyan.

Radyan is trying to get back to half guard.
Radyan is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Marshall is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Radyan tries to control Marshall's body but Marshall pushes him off. Radyan squirms to his side and now Marshall has his back!

Radyan is trying to break free.

Marshall is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Marshall is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Radyan has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Marshall has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Radyan taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Marshall doesn't care though - he's delighted!
