The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyka fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Boyka stuffs the takedown attempt from Kvasir. Kvasir gets slowly back to his feet.
Boyka leaves Kvasir with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Boyka digs a good body shot into Kvasir's ribs.

Boyka rushes Kvasir and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Kvasir can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Djin Kvasir. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Boyka gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Kvasir regains guard.
Boyka has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kvasir is proving hard to escape from.
Boyka in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Boyka is posturing up here but Kvasir has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Boyka tries to roll out but it's too tight and Boyka has to tap! Slick submission there by Kvasir!
