PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joshua Redding (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Redding comes to the cage accompanied by Alive. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joshua Redding!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Anton Beast!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice straight punches there by Beast. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Beast.
Beast shoots in but no luck this time.
Redding dives in for a single leg takedown but Beast sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Beast has managed to clinch.
Beast has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Redding avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Redding misses with a short punch on the inside.
Beast takes an elbow to the temple.


It looks like Anton Beast has been cut.
