Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Garcia as he avoids it easily.
Garcie tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Garcia defends well and Garcie ends up having to push Garcia into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Garcie avoids a punch combination nicely.
Garcie tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Garcia paws at him with a jab and circles away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

I was talking to Garcie's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

I would just about give that final round to Joe Garcia.
Well Garcia has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
