The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drake lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Drake misses the shot to the body.
No luck for Stick with that takedown attempt.
Drake connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Stick fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Drake checks it well.
Drake drops down looking for a counter takedown but Stick sprawls and moves away.
Stick looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Stick throws a leg kick but Drake checks it.

Stick scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Drake manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Drake keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Stick tries to roll over but Drake keeps him under control.
Drake trying to control from half guard but Stick is working away.
Stick wants to get back to full guard.

Drake passes to side control.
Drake in the domination position with Stick hanging on.

Drake is trying to get an arm triangle but Stick is defending well.
Drake looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Stick is avoiding damage well.
Stick prevents Drake from moving into mount.
Drake throws a strike aimed at the side of Stick's head but Stick avoids it well.
Drake moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

Drake has an Americana. Stick didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Drake is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Drake hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
