The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as King lands an impressive looking overhand right. Vamidov doesn't seem phased though.

Vamidov drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Vamidov jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Vamidov postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! King is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Vamidov, into his guard.

King is looking to stand up but Vamidov won't let him.

Vamidov is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. King is aware though and is defending well.

Vamidov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. King gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Vamidov has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. King doesn't defend quickly enough and Vamidov has managed to lock this one up! Can King escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Vamidov on a fantastic submission victory.
