Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Abed Nadir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nadir might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to M.A.S.H Theme. Steele has chosen Cinderella Man as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Dmitry Maklakov and Valeri Chadov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steele darts in looking for a takedown but Nadir gets double underhooks and turns Steele into the ropes.
Abed Nadir seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steele avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Steele closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Nadir to the mat! Nadir manages to get full guard.
Steele throws a big elbow that misses.
My spies in The Ultimate Fight House inform me that Steele has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Steele looking to sit in guard and control but Nadir gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Nadir working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Steele's head.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
